Domestic (Greece):

All items (except bulky): 3,00€  

Bulky orders: 7-10€ (depending on total weight)

Delivery Times: 1-5 business days depending on location (remote areas and islands might take longer to deliver to).

DHL Rates

All items (except bulky): 6,00€  

Bulky item orders: 10-15€ (depending on total weight)

Delivery Times: 1-3 business days depending on location (remote areas and islands might take longer to deliver to).

We don't accept payments upon delivery.

Note - ACS and DHL after making 2 attempts to deliver to your location will return the parcel to your local facility and the parcel will remain there for 7 days for your to pick-up. If the parcel is not received or picked-up within the 7 day time period, the carrier will return it back to us. Alternatively you can select to pick up the parcel from your local courier facility upon receiving shipping information from the carrier in a form of message on your mobile phone and/or of confirmation - you have 7 days to pick up the parcel since the receiving of this info.

 

Europe & UK:

With DHL & FedEx economy service.

All items (except bulky): 15,00€  

Bulky item orders: 22-25€ (depending on total weight)

Delivery Times: 1-5 business days depending on location (remote areas might take longer to deliver to).

You will receive an email with your shipping info (tracking number and status of delivery) once your parcel is dispatched from our studio. DHL will notify you via email and/or sms regarding your scheduled delivery date and time so you know when to expect the parcel. They also offer flexible delivery options allowing you to choose a different delivery date and time or a different location. If there are several failed delivery attempts and/or no pick-up, DHL will return the parcel back to us (in this case the return shipping expenses back to us will also be deducted fro your refund amount).

USA and Canada:

With DHL and FedEx express service.

All items (except bulky): 25,00€  

Bulky item orders: 32-38€ (depending on total weight)

Delivery Times: 1-5 business days depending on location (remote areas and islands might take longer to deliver to).

Important:

Ready-to-send items are processed and shipped within 7 business days (ex weekends and greek public holidays).

Made-to-order items are shipped within the timeframe given on the product page/description section when placing your order. For any further info related to your order we will make sure to get in touch with you.

Add your mobile number at checkout, it is necessary for delivery so our shipping carrier can reach you successfully.

Delivery times may get affected by greek public holidays.

We don't deliver during weekends.

Add any comments regarding your delivery (e.g different name on the bell, preferred time-slot for delivery etc.) so it can be guaranteed.
