Returns & Refunds
We accept returns/exchanges and refunds.
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to apply for a return/exchange and refund. Email us at support@soma-athens.com - our team will assist you further.
If you wish to exchange your item with another size or product we are happy to offer a re-shipping label free of charge, the return label of the returned items comes with charge. Only two returns are allowed per order - thank you.
Domestic Returns (Greece):
We can offer:
a) a return label with ACS courier at the cost of 5€. With DHL courier at the cost of 9€
or
b) you can return the items at your own cost. All returned packages must be shipped with a trackable/insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit.
European Returns:
We can offer:
a) a return label with DHL courier at the cost of 20€.
or
b) you can return the items at your own cost. All returned packages must be shipped with a trackable/insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit.
USA:
a) a return label with DHL courier at the cost of 27€ . Please email us at support@soma-athens.com so we can assist you with your return.
or
b) you can return the items at your own cost. All returned packages must be shipped with a trackable/insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit.
Rest of the World:
a) a return label at the cost of 40€ with DHL courier.

b) you can return the items at your own cost. All returned packages must be shipped with a trackable/insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit.
Important:
Some made-to-order items like ceramic vases are not eligible for returns unless a faulty item was received.
Requesting a cancel of order and refund right after purchase has a refund processing fee of 3€. This happens because our merchants charge us refund processing fees.
Faulty items received are eligible for returns. Your have 14 calendar days to apply for a return - our customer service will guide you through all the necessary steps.
Returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or not in their original condition will not be refunded.
We need 15 calendar days to process refunds. Please allow a few days for the amount to reflect into your payment method/bank account.
Only two returns are allowed per order - exceptions apply in case of faulty or defected items.
